Oct. 23, 24, 30 & 31 • Haunted River Walk, sponsored by the Joyce Kilmer School class of 2010, Milltown, 7-9:30 p.m., at the Mill Pond Park entrance, intersection of Washington Avenue and Main Street, Milltown, adjacent to the Rescue Squad. Participants walk the length of the park, approximately 3.4 mile, and encounter ghouls, scares, skits from "Twisted TV." Not recommended for children under age 10 and those who are faint of heart or cannot handle bright flashes, fog, strobe lights, loud noises, creepy characters. Bus takes guests back to the Rescue Squad after walk. Tickets cost $6 for students under age 17, $8 for adults, $4 for seniors. Refreshments, novelties sold. Proceeds benefit class of 2010 for its school activities and class trip.
