District absorbs increases in tuition, transportation

The average Milltown homeowner would see an increase of $155 in their school tax bill under a 2009-10 budget proposed by the Board of Education. The increase comes despite cuts made in several areas of the budget. The reductions were necessary in order to meet the 4-percent state cap on spending. More...
