Monroe field hockey on a roll headed into GMCT

      The Monroe High School field hockey team headed into Tuesday's Greater Middlesex Conference (GMC) Tournament game against Piscataway with an outstanding 13-1 mark and the heavily favored Falcons are expected to host a second round match this afternoon.       The Old Bridge High School girls soccer team entered the Greater Middlesex Conference (GMC) Tournament with a five-game losing streak, but rebounded nicely to upend Colonia, 7-0, in a first-round matchup. The Knights will meet South Brunswick this afternoon in the second round.
