Craft in a Bag at Monroe Library

On Oct. 10 and 29, the Monroe Library is offering Craft in a Bag. Come anytime between noon and 4:30 p.m. Oct. 10 and receive a bag with all the supplies to make a Curly Black Cat and between noon and 8 p.m. Oct. 29 and receive supplies to make a Dancing Pumpkins craft. This program is free and open to all. You may take the craft home or work on it in the library.
