Bingo event to benefit woman with cancer

A bingo fundraiser will be held Oct. 4 to benefit a Monroe native who is battling cancer. The event will raise money to help offset the medical costs of Rosemarie Shahinian David, 59, now of Wall, who does not have health insurance.

The bingo game will take place at the Holy Trinity Parish Center, 100 Main St., Helmetta, and will begin at 7:45 p.m. For more information, call Karoline Breese at 732-521-4548.
