Oscar F. Rubles

Mr. Rubles, 86, of East Brunswick, died March 6, 2008, in Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 2001, he was employed by the Hilton Hotel, East Brunswick, where he worked for 12 years. Surviving are his wife, Sara A. Zamora Rubles; two sons, Oscar W. Rubles and Fernando Rubles, both of East Brunswick; three daughters, Margarita Mantilla, Silvia Villacorta and Sara Momat, all of East Brunswick; four brothers; one sister; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Bartholomew's Church, East Brunswick. Interment was private.
