Eric Robert Eklund

Mr. Eklund, 73, of South River, died March 2, 2008, in Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 1990, he was employed as an industrial engineer at Ford Motor Co., Edison, where he worked for 30 years. Surviving are his wife, Palma Masucci Eklund; a daughter, Karen Takac, and her husband, Ronald, of South River; and a granddaughter, Tara Takac. Services were held at Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Interment was in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle VeteransMemorial Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover.
