Discount sale for remaining properties at Cedar Village slated for April 5-6

Imagine being offered a limited-time, 10 percent discount on real estate. Imagine if this discount could save you as much as $33,000.

Believe it or not, this scenario is real - and it will play out on April 5 and 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cedar Village at East Brunswick active adult community. Less than 10 of 184 luxurious, single-level condominiums remain available in the third phase, and most are being discounted by a full 10 percent on the first weekend in April.

"To say the least, this is a tremendously rare opportunity," says Kerri Sullivan, marketing manager for builder Continental Properties. "This community offers true opulence, a gorgeous on-site clubhouse with spa, and when you calculate the 10 percent discount based on the highest end home still available, you'd actually be taking $33,000 off the regular price."

Homes in Cedar Village at East Brunswick average about 1,200 square feet of living space, and feature hardwood flooring, high-end kitchens, laundry rooms and central air. Other stunning amenities include hexagonal foyers, 6-foot windows, plush carpeting and decorative molding.

Gated and maintenance-free, the community is literally the next best thing to residing in a year-round resort- complete with easy access to both the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. And, Cedar Village is located minutes from the malls at Menlo Park, Freehold and Bridgewater, as well as New Jersey's renowned academic centers, Princeton and Rutgers universities.

"What makes this 10 percent discount sale even more remarkable is that it's not something we need to do," explains Jack Ross, Continental's director of construction. "Our third phase is already almost sold out- so when you think about it, what we're really offering on the is a great chance to become a member of a truly wonderful community. This isn't an opportunity that's likely to come again."

To qualify for the 10 percent discount, Cedar Village at East Brunswick buyers must sign a contract and leave a deposit on either April 5 or 6. Some restrictions apply.

The town of East Brunswick is itself a true mecca for dining, shopping, and also entertainment- most notably in the form of the renowned Playhouse 22 theater.

The Cedar Village at East Brunswick sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday through Monday. To make an appointment, or gather additional information, prospective buyers may contact the Sales Center at (732) 750-1314.
