+ Ladies Night Out Dinner and Gift Auction, sponsored by the St. Anne's Guild of Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Church, 6 p.m., at the church, 9 Jeffrie Ave., South River. Entry fee is $50 in sponsorships per bowler; price includes cost of bowling, shoes, T-shirt. + Cruise Nights/Car Shows, sponsored by Just Us Cruisers Classic Car Club, 6-9 p.m., in the parking lot at 1980 Route 35 North, next to F-1 Motoring, South Amboy/Sayreville. Family-oriented events feature more than 50 antique and classic cars from across the tristate area. Trophies, games, music from the '50s, '60s, '70s. All proceeds benefit the Sayreville Brain Injured Children Association. Businesses invited to donate a trophy and have their names mentioned at the shows. + St. Vincent de Paul Society Walkathon, 9:30 a.m., in the parking lot at St. Bartholomew's Church, 460 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick. Three scenic routes, ranging from one-fourth of a mile to three miles, have been mapped out. All family members welcome. Prizes.
