Feb. 22

+ Dining to Donate, to benefit Pixie Preschool and Kindergarten, 429 Main St., Spotswood, at Applebee's of Milltown, Milltown Road and Ryders Lane. Diners who eat in or take out must present a Dining-to-Donate flier. Applebee's will donate 10 percent of supporters' bills to the school. Flier must be presented for the donation to count. Feb. 23

+ Tricky Tray, sponsored by the Frost Elementary School PTA, 6 p.m., in the cafeteria at East Brunswick High School (EBHS), Cranbury Road. Prizes include four-day, three-night, all-inclusive Beaches Resorts vacation to Turks and Caicos or Jamaica and a $750 Ashley Furniture gift certificate. + Harlem Wizards vs. East Brunswick High School Faculty and Students Basketball Game, sponsored by East Brunswick High School Class of 2007 Project Graduation, 7:30 p.m., in the gym at Churchill Junior High School, 18 Norton Road, East Brunswick. + Peace-Treaty Poker and Silent Auction, sponsored by East Brunswick Hadassah, 8 p.m., at the East Brunswick Jewish Center, 511 Ryders Lane. Peace-Treaty Poker is a fast-paced game in which each hand is played against a different pair of players. Silent auction features numerous prizes. Refreshments. Admission is $18 per person. Feb. 25

+ Comedy Night, sponsored by Spotswood High School Project Graduation 2007, dinner at 5 p.m., comedy show begins at 7 p.m., at the Stress Factory, New Brunswick. Tickets cost $30 each and include show, dinner. Baskets will be raffled off; 50/50. All proceeds go to host a drug- and alcohol-free evening for graduating seniors. + St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Bowl-for-Life, to help raise funds for children stricken with diseases including cancer, AIDS and sickle-cell anemia, 1 p.m., at Mid-State Bowl, Route 18, East Brunswick. Public urged to participate and attend. Volunteer coordinator is Zach Stetson of East Brunswick. Proceeds benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, Tenn., recognized for its work in finding cures and saving children with cancer and other catastrophic illnesses.
