Wellness center to open

JAMESBURG - Dr. Bryan Berger, chiropractor and fitness specialist, recently left his multidisciplinary practice in Marlboro to bring the Innovative Wellness Center to Jamesburg.

The practice will open its doors Monday at 220 Forsgate Drive, the former location of Centerstate Realty.

Berger graduated from Montclair State University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in nutrition. He then continued his education and in 2002 received his doctor of chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Ga. Berger now has more than 10 years' experience in developing and implementing fitness programs for various fitness centers.

Entering his fifth year in practice, Berger said he decided to combine his knowledge and experiences to create the Innovative Wellness Center. In conjunction with pain relief, the center focuses on what Berger described as "the innate healing power that we all possess."

Berger said it is his goal to help members of the community maximize their health potential naturally through chiropractic, one-on-one personal training, massage therapy, and nutrition education with the help of a registered dietitian from Nutrition Solutions LLC. The practice can be found on the Web at www.Innovativewellnesscenter.com or by calling (732) 656-1740.
