March 23

+ Basketball Game, featuring staff members at Spotswood High School and members of the Spotswood Police Department vs. a team of Spotswood High School seniors, 6 p.m., in the gym at the high school, Summerhill Road. + Bargain Book and Media Sale, sponsored by the East Brunswick Friends of the Library, 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. March 23-25, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on March 26, in the J.C. Penney court at Brunswick Square Mall, Route 18, East Brunswick. Free admission. The East Brunswick Library Puppeteers will offer free puppet shows at 7 and 7:30 p.m. on March 23. Used hardcover and paperback books, audiobooks, video games, computer software, CDs, collector's items, prerecorded movies on DVD, all at discounted prices.
