Fund-raisers Dec. 1-3 • Collection for Soldiers Fighting Overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan, sponsored by Keith Price, a member of Boy Scout Troop No. 33, Milltown. Collection bin is in Milltown Borough Hall, 39 Washington Ave. Items sought: suntan lotion; bug spray; lip balm; feminine products; ear swabs; laundry detergent; bug wipes/bug strips; wipes (travel size); razors; toilet paper; eye drops; spices; tea bags; coffee; small drink mixes; socks; clothesline/pins; snack food; cereal/protein bars; fleece blan-kets; microwaveable foods (canned or boxed); hard candy/gum; writing ma-terials; batteries (any size); calling cards; packets of hot chocolate. Contributions must be in original packaging. Keith is working to achieve Eagle Scout rank by collecting items to be sent overseas through Operation Shoebox New Jersey 2005.
