‘Monsieur Ibrahim’ to be screened at library
     The 23rd annual Summer International Film Festival at the East Brunswick Public Library, Jean Walling Civic Center, will continue on July 19 with 1:30 and 8 p.m. screenings of the French drama “Monsieur Ibrahim.” The 2003 film, which is rated R, has a running time of 95 minutes.
