Andrea Sattinger, daughter of Joan and Loren Sattinger of East Brunswick, recently earned a bachelor of arts degree, summa cum laude and with departmental honors, from Rutgers College, New Brunswick, where she majored in journalism and media sciences with a minor in economics and was enrolled in the college honors program. The recipient of the Eliot Frankel Broadcast Journalist Award, she is a member of Kappa Tau Alpha, the journalism honor society.

Jessica Levinski, daughter of Barbara and Charles Levinski of South River, has been awarded a bachelor of arts degree in early childhood education, summa cum laude, from Kean University, Union, where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society and Sigma Tau Delta, the English honor society. She is a 2000 graduate of South River High School.

Louis A. Arnese, son of Pamela and Lawrence Arnese of East Brunswick, recently graduated from Cook College of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in animal science/preveterinary studies. A 2001 graduate of East Brunswick High School, he will soon begin studies at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Tuskegee (Ala.) University.

Kristyn Suckow of East Brunswick has been inducted into Phi Zeta Kappa, the junior honor society at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck.

East Brunswick resident Yao Li, a junior at East Brunswick High School, recently received a Discover Card Tribute Award Scholarship in the amount of $2,500. Recipients must maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA and demonstrate accomplishments in the areas of academics, leadership and community service. Winners in each state go on to compete for nine national scholarships valued at $25,000 each.
