June 4

• St. Vincent de Paul Society Walk-a-thon, 9:30 a.m., at St. Bartholomew’s Church, 460 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick. Three scenic routes, ranging from one-fourth of a mile to approximately three miles. Open to all family members. Refreshments, raffle prizes. Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a lay organization of volunteers dedicated to helping those in need, regardless of religious affiliation. All proceeds go directly to the needy within the community. • Craft Show and Food Sale, sponsored by the First Presbyterian Church of South Amboy, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the church basement, 150 N. Broadway, South Amboy. (732) 727-2354.

• All-Star Tribute to Fallen Wrestler Chris Candido, featuring former Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) stars, 7:35 p.m., at South River Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 1451, Reid Street. Wrestlers include Axl Rotten, Chris Chetti, Big Vito, the Equalizer, Francine and the Sandman. Profits go to Tammy (“Sunny”) Sytch and the Chris Candido Scholarship Fund.
