Cristina Lacerda and Donna Warters, both sales associates in the Weichert, Realtors’ East Brunswick office, recently were recognized for their industry successes in the month of November.

Lacerda led the office in sales. A member of Weichert’s Sales Club, Lacerda qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the gold level. In addition, she earned membership in Weichert’s President’s Club, recognizing her in the top 1 percent of the company’s 13,700 sales associates.

Warters led the office in listings. A member of Weichert’s Sales Club and Marketed Club, she qualified for the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2003 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the platinum level. In addition, Warters earned membership in Weichert’s President’s Club, recognizing her in the top 1 percent of the company’s 13,700 sales associates.

Sales associates Maria Reynolds, North Brunswick, and Eileen Thomas, Milltown, were recently recognized as office leaders for the month of October by Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, North Brunswick. Reynolds led the office in listings. Licensed since 1986, and licensed as a broker since 1988, she has been the recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award since 1987. Thomas led the office in volume and units. She has been licensed since 1988 and is also a recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award.

Susan Schneider-Baker, Jamesburg, an associate at Weichert Realtors, Kendall Park section of South Brunswick, recently won the New Jersey Association of Realtors 2004 Good Neighbor Award. She is the coordinator of the deacon’s food cupboard at United Presbyterian Church of Jamesburg, and spends approximately 36 hours a month organizing donations, coordinating delivery, and getting to know the families she is helping. As first-place winner, Schneider-Baker will receive a $2,500 donation to the food cupboard. Each month, it distributes nonperishable food, fresh bread and coupons for dairy items.
