MARGARET PANTONE BARILLA, 92, of East Brunswick died July 14 at home. Her husband, Charles, died in 1992. Surviving are two daughters, Maria Landi of East Brunswick and Marianne Lupo of East Northport, N.Y.; a sister, Rose Sorresse of Huntington, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Bartholomew’s Church, East Brunswick. Interment was in St. John’s Cemetery, Middle Village, N.Y.

JOSEPHINE SARNA BOKNOSKI, 81, of South River died July 13 in Rahway Hospital. Prior to her retirement many years ago, she was employed for 40 years as a floor worker at the Wornowich Handkerchief factory, South River. She was predeceased by her husband, William Boknoski. Surviving are a sister, Jennie Mieszkuc of South River; a brother, Edward Sarna of Vallejo, Calif.; and many nieces and nephews. A service was held at St. Mary of Ostrabrama Church, South River. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary of Ostrabrama Church Building Fund, 30 Jackson St., South River, NJ 08882.

MARY BOKNOSKI FORTNER, 84, of South River died July 7 at home. Prior to her retirement in 1983, she was employed for 30 years as a machine operator at Leedall Co., Milltown. Her husband, Clayton Fortner, died in 1997. Surviving are a son, George Stauch of Allentown; two sisters-in-law, Isabel Fortner of North Brunswick and Dorothy Dziedziak of the Toms River section of Dover; two grand­daughters. Lisa Benedetti of the Lawrenceville section of Lawrence and Christine DiBennedetto of Asheville, N.C.; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A service was held at Saints Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church, South River. Interment was in the church cemetery.

GILBERT LIBERMAN, 82, of Monroe died July 7 in the University Medical Center at Princeton. Surviving are his wife, Charlotte Himber-Liberman; a stepson, Gary Himber of the Somerset section of Franklin; a step­daughter, Amy Minsky of Winter Springs, Fla.; two nieces; and two step-grandchildren. Services were held at Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick. Interment was in Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Glendale, N.Y. LOUIS J. MOLNAR JR., 82, of South River died July 8 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Surviving are two nephews, Joseph Mikulin of Sinking Spring, Pa., and Robert Molnar of the Toms River section of Dover; two nieces, Teri Harper of Riverside and Linda Stickles of Oregon; a sister-in-law, Josephine Molnar of Trenton; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. A Mass was offered at St. Stephen Protomartyr Church, South River. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Brunswick.

THOMAS L. LoPRESTI, 79, of Monroe died July 10 at home. Surviving is his wife, Carmella Micucci LoPresti; a daughter Ann C. Martucci of Monroe; three sons, Joseph M. of East Brunswick, Anthony of Brick and Thomas B. of the New Egypt section of Plumsted; a sister, Christina Loiacono of Florida; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood. Entombment was in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

RAISA CHUPRYNSKI PASHKEVICH, 65, of South River died July 11 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are her husband, Vitaly; three sons, Walter Pashkevich and Victor Pashkevich, both of South River, and Alex Pashkevich of Bordentown; a brother, John Chuprynski of Union; a sister, Nina Machiewicz of Maplewood; and many nephews. A service was held at St. Vladimir Church, Jackson. Interment was in the church cemetery.

ELEANOR MAKO JACOB, 92, of South River died July 7 in Carriage House Manor, Sayreville. Prior to her retirement in 1973, she was employed as a seamstress for 25 years with M and M Sportswear, South River. Her husband, Joseph Jacob, died in 1976. Surviving are a son, Joseph Jacob of South Amboy; a daughter, Marion Bates of Trenton; and a sister, Elizabeth Hagymasy of New Brunswick. Services were held at Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Interment was in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River.

JAMES R. MAXWELL, 67, of Marlboro died July 13 in St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife, Frances Horn Maxwell; a son, James K. Maxwell of East Brunswick; a daughter, Dorothy Brown of East Brunswick; two brothers, Robert Maxwell of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Richard Maxwell of Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; a sister, Carole Ward of Breezy Point, N.Y.; and three grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. RICHARD C. "RICKY" NIELSEN, 43, of South River died July 7 at home. He was a laborer with Laborers Local No. 594, East Brunswick, for 15 years. Surviving are his mother, Elizabeth Ryan Nielsen of South River; a brother, Thomas J. Nielsen of East Brunswick; two sisters, Judith Drozdowski of East Brunswick and Kathleen Miller of Sayreville; three nieces and one nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A Mass was offered at St. Stephen Protomartyr Church, South River. Interment was in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River. LUCILLE S. ONORATO, 70, of Old Bridge died July 8 at home. Prior to her re­tirement in 1996, she was employed as a sales clerk at Macy’s, East Brunswick, for 13 years. Surviving are a son, Steven of Jamesburg; a daughter, Roxanne Napolitano of the Morganville section of Marlboro; a brother, Richard Mezzo of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and five grandchildren. Services were held at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, Old Bridge. Interment was in Forest Green Park Cemetery, Marlboro.

ANTHONY "TONZ" SCHIRO, 34, of South River died July 11 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was a self-employed contractor for many years. Surviving are his mother, Patricia Burkhart, and her husband, Sonny Stankiewicz, of South River; his father, Mariano Schiro of South Amboy; a brother, Joseph Schiro of East Brunswick; his maternal grandmother, Doris Berrier of Jackson; and his maternal grandfather, Robert Burkhart of Florida. Services were held at Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River. Interment was in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River.

CONSTANCE A. BABER YOCK, 57, of Old Bridge, formerly of South River, died July 7 at home. Surviving are her husband, Raymond Yock; a son, Robert Yock of the Fords section of Woodbridge; a daughter, Deborah Geary of Ontario, Canada; a brother, Michael Baber of South River; a sister, Gina Nanners of the Forked River section of Lacey; and three grandchildren. Services were held at Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick. Interment was in Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick. STEPHEN P. FARKAS, 88, of Sayreville died July 8 in Mill House Nursing Home, Trenton. His wife, Maria Kott Farkas, died in 1989. Surviving are two brothers, Charles Farkas of Australia and Louis Farkas of California; a sister-in-law, Gwendolyn Farkas of Sayreville; and many nieces and nephews. Services were held at Maliszewski Memorial Home, Sayreville. Interment was in Alpine Cemetery, Perth Amboy.

RONALD F. FISLER, 33, of Keyport died July 7 in Holy Name Hospital, Teaneck. Surviving are his wife, Jill Welch Fisler; three sons, Christopher, Jonathan and Nicholas, all at home; his father, Frank Fisler of Middletown; a brother, Frank Fisler Jr. of the Laurence Harbor section of Old Bridge; and a sister, Cindy Fisler of Keyport. A Mass was offered at Jesus the Lord Church, Keyport.

RUTH HENTZ, 83, of Sayreville died July 11 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Her husband, Crane E. Hentz, died in 1998, and a grandson, Richard Hentz, died in 1987. Surviving are a daughter, Linda Glaeser of Kinnelon; a son, Crane Hentz of Sayreville; and four grandchildren. A Mass was offered at Our Lady of Victories Church, Sayreville. Cremation was private.

ANDREW JOSEPH KEAVENEY, 57, of Old Bridge died July 12 in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Prior to his retirement in 2001, he was a Realtor at Weichert, Realtors’ Old Bridge office. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Leahy Keaveney; two sons, Thomas and James; four daughters, Susan, Teresa, Ingrid and Erin; his mother, Margaret; three brothers, Sean, Patrick and Michael; five sisters, Catherine O’Flynn, Margaret Marcy DiTursi, Mary Brown, Barbara Ann Thorogood and Rita Folhazi; a granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass was offered at Most Holy Redeemer Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in St. Gertrude’s Cemetery, Colonia section of Woodbridge.
