Any senior in the Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled (PAAD) program or with income at or below PAAD limits is eligible to receive four $5 vouchers. E.B. seniors to spend time at Crystal Springs The East Brunswick Senior Center will sponsor an Aug. 16 trip to Crystal Springs Family Aquatic Center, Dunhams Corner Road, East Brunswick. The bus will depart at 11:15 a.m. from the senior center, Jean Walling Civic Center. Cost is $11 and includes admission to Crystal Springs and a box lunch. Registration will take place on Aug. 7. La Leche League of S.R. slates August meetings La Leche League of South River, a support group for expectant and nursing mothers in Middlesex and Monmouth counties, will hold its monthly meetings at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 6 and 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 7 at the South River Library, 55 Appleby Ave. Topic will be "Nutrition and Weaning." Babies, mothers and mothers-to-be are welcome. The group shares information on parenting and mothering choices with mothers in East Brunswick, South River, Spotswood, Monroe, Jamesburg, Old Bridge, Sayreville, Matawan and Aberdeen. The East Brunswick Division of Recreation will continue its 43rd annual Children’s Summer Theater program with a performance of The Golden Goose Out West at 11 a.m. on Aug. 9 in the auditorium at East Brunswick High School, Cranbury Road. The series, under the direction of Elliott Taubenslag, offers an entire musical comedy each week. More than 100 actors, dancers, musicians and other artists participate in each weekly production.
